Quality Inspection

1.INITIAL INSPECTION

In the early stage of production, our quality inspector will check the initial production situation and the technical data, whether they conform to the requirements of the order. Our team will help our customers understand the actual situation of production through our quality inspector's report, this is very helpful.

2. IN-LINE INSPECTION

In-line inspection is also very important, generally conduct between the production by 20% to 80%, can help guest know whether they produce in accordance with orders, if they don't, we have to take remedial measures. If it is needed, our inspection team will be in the factory for all day.

3. FINAL INSPECTION

Final inspection is to help you confirm your order is finished according to the requirement, whether can be delivery. Usually late check began after the packing finished 80%.

4. CONTAINER SUPERVISION

Container loading is the final step, to ensure your product is right, the actual order quantity. The container supervision is very important, before delivery, our inspector will arrive in the container, check product with the invoice and packing list, random sampling, recording, the inspector will monitor the whole process supervision, handling workers won't be rough to your goods, to ensure your goods are safe.
